Open Earnit again
Open the app and leave it on screen for a moment so it can read the latest step count from Apple Health.

Earnit depends on permissions managed by iOS. Check these before contacting support.
Open the app and leave it on screen for a moment so it can read the latest step count from Apple Health.
In iPhone Settings, confirm that Earnit can read your Steps data in Health.
Return to setup in Earnit and make sure Screen Time access is still authorised and your apps are selected.
Help with steps, blocked apps, purchases and your data.
Open Apple Health and confirm that today's steps appear there first. Then check that Earnit has permission to read Steps and reopen Earnit. iOS can take a short while to deliver the latest count.
Apps only block when your available balance reaches zero. If it is already at zero, confirm that Screen Time access is authorised and that the apps are still selected in Earnit.
Reopen Earnit to refresh your balance and selected apps. If the problem remains, restart your iPhone and email us with your iOS version and a screenshot of the balance.
Make sure you are using the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Open the subscription screen in Earnit and choose Restore Purchases. Apple handles all payments and restores.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to cancel. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's Report a Problem website.
Delete Earnit from your iPhone. Earnit has no account and stores its data on your device, so deleting the app removes that data as well.
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, your iPhone model, your iOS version and your Earnit version. A screenshot helps, but never send sensitive Health information.
