The short version, in plain words.
Earnit is a tool for changing a habit. It is not a medical device and it is not a fitness tracker you should rely on for anything that matters clinically.
Using the app
Earnit is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it on the devices tied to your Apple ID. You may not resell it, take it apart or ship your own version of it.
Step counts are an estimate
The figures come from your iPhone's motion sensor and are approximate. Do not treat them as a medical measurement or use them to make health decisions.
App blocking is best effort
Earnit uses Apple's Screen Time framework. If iOS changes how that framework behaves, or you disable the permission, blocking may stop working. We cannot guarantee an app stays locked.
Walk sensibly
You are responsible for your own safety while you move. Do not use the app in a way that puts you in traffic, in bad weather, or beyond what your body can do.
Payment and refunds
The paid tier costs $19.00 a year and renews unless you cancel. Apple processes the payment, so cancellations and refunds go through your Apple account rather than through us.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, the app will tell you before the change takes effect.
